Caprice, 52, admits embracing 'wobbly bits' after ditching gruelling workouts
Caprice says she's no longer a 'spring chicken' but she loves her "wobbly bits".
The supermodel who found fame posing for some of the biggest magazines in the world has since transformed herself into an international businesswoman and television personality. But while she still maintains her gym-honed physique, the mum of two admits that her workouts are nowhere near as gruelling as they once were.
However, the 52-year-old still loves stripping off and is now making a comeback to her lingerie days with her first shoot in almost a decade. Speaking exclusively to the Mirror, California-born Caprice has opened up about loving her body.

Yeah, I have cellulite and wobbly bits now... We as women should be proud of our incredible bodies!
"I used to exercise in the height of my modelling days 6 days a week." But her hectic schedule changed dramatically in 2013 when her sons, one born via a surrogate and one carried by herself arrived. "Tennis was my go to and I used to have a trainer, but since kids, it is hard to commit to a schedule like that," she commented.

Nowadays though, she takes things a little easier and her workout sessions are more like a party with her closest friends. Caprice revealed: "So a couple of times a week I will do some exercise at home before I start work - it's the only way. Its actually really fun - all of my girlfriends descend on my house and we put the tunes on, quite loudly, and work out with a PT.
"It is a great group workout session and we all help motivate each other. It really gets you pumped up for the working day ahead and ready to tackle anything." But with her extensive career, come the dreaded haters – but Caprice couldn't contain her laughter as she said: "I ignore the haters, they are really your lovers in my view. Just do you and be confident, I try and lead by example."

One of the most photographed women in the world, Caprice has appeared on more than 350 magazine covers, including Vogue, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Esquire and the famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. But away from this, she's also a proud patron of various charities including Woman's Trust and Brain Tumour Research.
Prices for her new collection range from £4 to £20, which the team at Peacocks were keen to keep to a minimum in the cost of living crisis. While her bras start from 32B and go up to 40D, with her briefs and nightwear also ranging from sizes 6 - 22.
