Woman explains how to check your Uber driver rating - and it's savage

Ubers are a really efficient and easy way to get around if you're not in the mood to get public transport, and you'll know that being polite is the best way to get a five-star rating - but sometimes, it doesn't always pan out like that.

You can easily see your average Uber rating in the app when you open it, but if you're curious to know just how many drivers have given you one star after riding with them, one woman has shown you how - but be warned, it's savage, and may have you wondering just what you did wrong.

TikToker @emmaentertainment explained that the way you can find this information is by heading to the settings section on your Uber app, joking that she was going to "ruin your day" when you found the data.

Emma explained that you need to click on privacy, then she explained you'd see a section that says "Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber?", and you need to click on that.

She then shared that you need to scroll down to ratings, and "when you're ready, click view my ratings." Here, you can see how many five-star ratings you have - but also how many one star. Emma had five one-star reviews, but 421 five stars. "I've never met one person who doesn't have at least three one stars", she divulged, to make people feel better, explaining that she makes people check their ratings on dates, and in bars.

In the caption, she joked "I wish I never found this setting", and many people in the comments felt the same. "I only have one one-star!", someone proudly wrote. Another fumed: "I've somehow got two three stars and I'm enraged. Seriously they should be made to give us feedback."

An Uber driver explained the reasons why he'd given one-star feedback in the past, sharing: "An Uber driver here. Here are a few examples (from what I remember) when I gave customers 1 star rating:

"Few times it happened by accident. My finger touched the wrong part of the screen. One time customer made me make a turn onto the road where there was a heavy traffic jam. I wasted 15 minutes just because 'she knows a better way'. A few times I was asked to make a one minute stop at the store. Had to wait for 10+ minutes and no tip. Now I make them add a stop on the app. And most common reason is just being rude or drunk or both. Better take a walk home."

One woman was stressed by her rating, commenting: "I have 1, 1 star and I am losing sleep over it. What did I DO?" "The lowest I have is a three", somebody boasted.
