We all know that sex education isn't as all-encompassing as it probably should be, and one woman proved it after she asked how women pee when they're on their period and using a tampon.

Evelyn Turina took to TikTok to "find out how much men know about women's bodies." She shared that she was "laughing out loud", but "should be crying" at some of the outlandish responses that were given.

Evelyn penned in the caption: "I'm shocked at the amount of men who have zero clue about our female anatomy. By no means I'm mocking or trying to embarrass the men who didn't know this, in fact, I'm questioning why basic education is not taught enough about a woman's body, female hormones, menopause…"

In the video, men were asked: "How does a girl pee with a tampon in?" Tampax shared the correct answer, as "period blood comes out of your vagina, which is connected to your uterus. Urine comes out of your urethra, which is connected to your bladder. So, when you insert a tampon, it's going into your vagina and leaving your urethra clear to urinate without any obstructions" - but many men didn't have a clue.

Some simply responded that they had "no idea", whereas many others suggested that a woman would have to "take it out" in order to use the toilet. One even shockingly shared that women would need to "hold it to the side", sharing that tampons absorb blood, so would perhaps just absorb urine too. Yikes.

One jaw-dropping response was "depends on if it's in the ocean as there might be the risk of her attracting the sharks." Another question men were asked was: "Do you know what a vulva is?" Responses included "It's either like a fruit, or something in the vagina", "a vibrator", "it's in your neck", "a what?", "the electric version of a Volvo", "an Italian dinner or something", and "part of the female anatomy" but he quickly said he wouldn't be able to "point it out on a diagram."

In the comments, someone penned: "Guys, pee comes out from a different hole. The vulva is the outer part of the female genitals. You're welcome." Another joked: "The guy who said about the sharks is the most wholesome dude." "No words", someone fumed, with another raging: "My boyfriend just said a vulva is a planet."

"I was howling at this video", someone said, but others found it "scary" that the men interviewed knew so little about female anatomy.
