This Morning sign huge star as guest presenter in major shake-up
This Morning bosses have signed up a former Loose Women star for the ITV show.
Reality TV star, Vicky Pattison, 36 - who rose to fame on MTV 's Geordie Shore - jetted off to Mauritius earlier this week for her new role. It will see her promote the broadcaster's giveaway from the island in scenes that are set to be broadcast on Monday.
She follows in the footsteps of colleagues like Josie Gibson, Jeff Brazier and Kate Lawler, who have been to locations abroad for the role. It's her latest job for the channel, with her previous work including hosting I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp in 2016 and having been a segment presenter on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway a few years later in 2020.

She has told her followers that she jetted off to Mauritius earlier this week for the role (Instagram)Vicky announced her new role in a post on Instagram this week. Alongside photos of her enjoying the work trip to the island, she wrote in a message to her followers on Sunday: "What an absolute blinding start to 2024... So SO grateful!"
The I'm A Celebrity winner added: "Super thankful to be exploring a new country and trying my hand at presenting @thismorning's famous @itvwin segments!! Eeeeekkkk! I am feeling all kinds of nervous/happy and excited!"

The presenter told her followers that the photos included in the post were a "cute little selection" of those taken during her first two days in Mauritius. Vicky promised to share more details about her "specific trips and excursions" through her dedicated travel account @vickysvacays on the platform.

The reality TV star said her scenes will air on This Morning and Loose Women next week (Instagram)She teased that fans will get to see her adventures on the island when the segments air on ITV. She said: "Make sure you tune in to @thismorning and @loosewomen tomorrow to see all the lovely things we've been getting up to!"
Vicky concluded the recent post by sharing that she was "shattered". She wrote: "But now I think I'm off to bed- we started at around 5am today to catch the dolphin AND my lady days arrived so obviously I'm shattered!!"
The podcast host added on her Instagram Story that she will be live on This Morning and Loose Women tomorrow. She teased about the competition: "Make sure you tune in if you're a fan of loads of cash and luxury holidays."
