Woman celebrating 105th birthday with 105 Fireball shots and football
A woman in Ohio is celebrating her 105th birthday - but it's not your average grandma's birthday party.
Florence 'Flo' Hackman marked the special day at her care home in Loveland, Ohio, surrounded by loved ones, watching football, sipping Fireball whiskey, and hanging out with firefighters.
For her 105th birthday, Flo was dressed to the nines in a sequin top, a sparkly red birthday sash, a crown adorned with red jewels, and hot pink nails. Her celebration included her three favorite things: Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, firefighters, and watching her beloved football team, the Cincinnati Bengals, play against the Minnesota Vikings.

"You've seen a lot when you live this long," Flo said. She shared her secrets for a long and happy life with WCPO - advising others to take care of themselves, find the good in people, stay cheerful, and learn to be content with what they have.

Flo keeps active with daily exercise, playing the organ, going for walks, dancing, and enjoying a daily 'happy hour' with friends at her retirement home.
Born on December 16, 1918, in Cincinnati, Flo is the youngest of nine siblings. Her father, Henry Alberts, emigrated from Germany and settled in Over-The-Rhine, a neighborhood in Cincinnati where she grew up.
For years, she worked for Union Central Life Insurance Company before she went on to raise her own family. In 1940, she married her late husband Joe Hackman. The couple were married for 71 years before Joe passed in 2011 at 96. The devoted couple had two children, Joanne and Rick. The centenarian has four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Flo's mother lived until the age of 104, and her one sister lived to be 101. "My mother lived to be 104, so I guess I got it from her because my father and all the men died young," Flo said. "I don't know what we do to men but they don't live as long as the women," she laughed.
Pictures of Flo on her big day were shared on Facebook by Traditions of Deerfield as she wore a big smile and was surrounded by her loved ones. "Today we celebrate our queen of Traditions Deerfield! Miss Florence 'Flo' Hackman turned 105! She was met with local news channels, Fireball (a favourite family drink) representative & many family & friends."
Flo's son, Rick, and his wife, Nikki, sponsored the event and made sure to invite everyone to attend. Flo told local media outlets that she planned to go to dinner with family and some friendly residents of the nursing home where she lives. Small bottles of Fireball were on deck along with Miller Lite, Coors Light, and Bud Light cans - all with the Bengals logo on them.
Flo wore a bright smile as she got around in her walker and greeted everyone that came out to celebrate her. One man wore a Fireball collared shirt and Fireball suit jacket as he greeted Flo with a large bucket of the whiskey in hand.
The Cincinnati Bengals went on to defeat the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday as they won 27-24, just as Flo wished for! "I hope they all do well," Flo said. "I sure hope and pray the Bengals will just go, go, go."
"I wish I could go to the games, but that's impossible for me. So I do watch them on the television every time they're on," she continued.
Flo was pictured wearing her Begals jersey with the caption: "You've got a big fan here!" This message was directed at retired Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green. She's also a huge supporter of Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and defensive end Sam Hubbard.
