Loose Women's Olivia Attwood forced to miss Christmas party after eye injury
Olivia Attwood, a panellist on ITV's Loose Women, had to skip the show's Christmas party due to an eye injury.
The 32 year old shared a selfie on Instagram showing her left eye bandaged up and wrote: "Was meant to be off to @loosewomen Christmas lunch... but my eye had other ideas." Despite Olivia's absence, the party went on with Linda Robson and Katie Piper among those spotted enjoying the festivities. Olivia, who first gained fame on Love Island in 2017, joined the Loose Women panel earlier this year.
Last week, on the ITV chat show, she sat with Charlene White, Jane Moore and Linda Robson to explain why she's not rushing to have children. This summer, Olivia and footballer Bradley Dack got married.
Olivia explained: “I’m sitting here listening to you girls talking and I’m thinking I’m going to be a geriatric mother, as they call it.” Charlene asked Liv if she had plans for children in her immediate future and she replied: “No. I mean, never say never, you know, and all that stuff.
“I’m obviously married and very happy and Brad would love to have one, you know, tomorrow. But I’m, right now, other things excite me. I don’t have that maternal instinct yet. The way it is going, I probably will be around that 35 age. Which is mad to hear that’s when they call if geriatric!”
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesJane asked if Olivia saw a future with no kids, and she replied: “I don’t see that being the case but I also wouldn’t say that’s never going to happen. I’m very open to which ever way it goes.”
Earlier this year, Olivia shared a laugh about how the ITV legal team reacts to her show Getting Filthy Rich. She joked: "I see the legal team, and they're like: 'We love doing your show... But it's always a challenge to just get it over that line.'"
She explained the importance of legal checks for her show: "We have to go through the legals that's obviously really important. It's a very tedious process, I'm sure, for them. There's a lot of people out there doing very extraordinary things."
Talking about her series, Olivia said: "The vast range of the online sexual economy is just mind blowing. And it's always ever-growing."
