Coleen gobsmacked over Ed Balls' cheeky question as she gasps 'I never look'
Coleen Nolan was hilariously left gobsmacked on Monday's Good Morning Britain as she was grilled about The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls.
The powerful show sees Coleen, 58, and Ashley Banjo take on a new troupe of celebrities as they prepare to bare all on stage during a group dance to raise awareness of important cancer checks. This year, Julia Bradbury, Sherrie Hewson, Gemma Collins, Vanessa Bauer, Victoria Ekanoye, Paul Burrell, Ashley Cain, Ben Cohen, Ella Vaday and Pete Wicks join the line-up as they each share their personal reasons for wanting to raise awareness of cancer.
On Monday's GMB, Coleen said: "It's to raise awareness and you hope that's what it is doing. But every year we get messages after the show to say, 'while we were watching, I checked myself, I went to the doctors and it was or it wasn't'. It just reminds people to check themselves all the time!"
Host, Ed Balls, then cheekily asked: "And are you always surprised by what you see?," to which Coleen replied: "What do you mean? During the show? I mean, I try not to look!
"You know what, it's funny because I've done it so much now but that moment in the show I still dread every single year. I still only do it, in that moment. I don't do it any other time apart from the show."
Richard 'shuts up' GMB guest who says Hancock 'deserved' being called 'd***head'Ed then asked: "Do you look away?," to which Coleen replied: "It's not that I look away, I've just never looked! I've never actually looked! People go: 'Oh, so you know, what's Ashley like?' and I go: 'I don't know, I've never looked! It's just not a thing I do!' I swear to God I don't, I really really don't."
It comes after ITV shared an announcement about The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls. It read: "The show in which Ashley Banjo, Coleen Nolan and a team of brave celebrities bare all, to highlight the importance of checking your body and raising awareness for cancer. But after pulling off a Real Full Monty on Ice, and Strictly the Real Full Monty, this Christmas we bring you The Greatest Show, get ready for The Real Full Monty Jingle Balls.
"As well as facing the physical challenge of learning the dance routine, many of the celebrities are also facing their own personal hurdles, Julia Bradbury and Victoria Ekanoye are in remission from breast cancer, Paul Burrell is currently living with prostate cancer, whilst Ashley Cain is working to overcome the tragic loss of his precious daughter to Leukaemia. The celebs are all driven by the same motivation to help get people talking about Cancer and checking themselves, but will they all have the confidence to bare all?"
