Cher, 77, in brutally honest admission about getting older in expletive outburst
Iconic singing sensation Cher has admitted that getting older "p****s the f**k" out of her in an explosive new revelation.
The 77-year-old made an appearance on the Today show this week, with the Believe hitmaker sitting down for a candid chat. While on the show, she spoke about getting older as her hit 1998 song Believe turns 25.
Today anchor Harry Smith asked the hitmaker, who is often referred to as the Goddess of Pop: "How amazing is it that Believe is 25 years old?" Cher clapped back in a joking way when she said: "It’s not that amazing, okay?"

She then added: "P***es me — It p***es the f*** out of me... It just is, like, what is this?!" Harry then said: "So you and age, you’re not friends?"
Cher, 76, holds hands with boyfriend Alexander, 36, as they head to dinner in LACher quickly said "no" before adding: "My mother [Georgia Holt] didn’t mind, but I do. I hate it… I’d give anything to be 70 again!"
The iconic singer spoke about her age just two years ago, with her dubbing the experience of ageing "not as much fun". At the time, in an interview with The Guardian, she said: "What, I’m going to say I like it? No, I don’t. Any woman who is honest will say it’s not as much fun."
This comes as for a seventh straight decade, Cher has earned a new No. 1 on a Billboard songs char. The hitmaker's latest hit, a festive track called DJ Play a Christmas Song has landed 3-1 on the December 2 Dance/Electronic Song Sales survey according to Billboard. The festive track is the lead single from her first ever holiday album, titled Christmas.
Cher's first Christmas album, which was released in October, is the twenty-seventh studio album by the American singing sensation. It is her first album of original material in ten years, following Closer to the Truth.
The hitmaker first announced a plan to record a Christmas album in 2018, but nothing more was said about the matter until she teased it was finally in production back in July, earlier this year.
Cher shot to fame in the 60s, with her career spanning almost 60 years. She first became a television personality in the 1970s with her CBS show The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour.
