Sofia Vergara, 51, slams plastic surgery claims and avoids 'jealous' comments

Sofia Vergara is looking fantastic with money people often commenting on her beautiful appearance at the age of 51.

The actress and TV personality however admits she is often met with "jealous" and "depressed" comments as people ask her about any work she has had done. But she says she always try to avoid such comments from people who are usually "in a bad mood".

The America's Got Talent judge insists she hasn't had any surgery as she hit out at those suggesting otherwise. "'Sometimes I read messages - I avoid reading comments because, for what? It's usually people that are in a bad mood or depressed or jealous," she said.

Opening up to Glamour, she continued: "I read it and it's like, ''She has done so much stuff to herself that she doesn't even look like her anymore.'' And I'm thinking, It's not like you have plastic surgery to look worse than before, come on!,' she added."

Instead, she slammed them saying she wants to tell them "it's called f***ing I'm old!" and that's why she is looking different. She also openly admitted to procedures she had had done, including Botox. and micro-needling - joking she would have more done if she had more down time from work.

"I do Botox in my eyes and in my neck regularly," Sofia added. "Little things that I don't need to sit in my house for a month because, unfortunately, I can't. And products. I like products."

Sofia often showcases her fantastic appearance on social media and despite some negative comments, she is often met with an abundance of support. In a recent upload earlier this month, she stunned in a plunging swimsuit as she shared the sizzling snaps on Instagram. She was seen enjoying a vacation in her tropical home, which is thought to be in the Caribbean. And the Modern Family beauty wasn't shying away from embracing her body while soaking up the sun.

Elsewhere in the chat however, Sofia had revealed she did a lot of damage in her younger years in South America because of the sun. Explaining Colombia has "all year long sun" she said it wasn't until the '90s that she released how important sunblock is.
