A woman has revealed she is unable to renew her driving licence due to her extreme plastic surgery transformation and now looks unrecognisable.

Denise Rocha has spent a staggering £250,000 on tweaking her appearance, and although she is happy with her transformation, it's hindered other aspects of her life. The 39-year-old beauty looks so different now that she was "questioned by staff" when trying to get a new driving licence, as she was asked to verify herself with a different form of identification. Sharing an old photo of herself, it's clear she has bigger lips, a different face shape and a different nose.

"They didn't believe it was me. I understand their work and I know they really need to check it out, but it was a really funny situation and I didn't expect it," the Brazilian lawyer explained.

Known online as the "world's hottest lawyer," the São Paulo native further explained that she never thought her procedures would make her "go through this" and admitted she knows she's changed, but being asked if it was really her was "unthinkable" for her. Luckily she managed to persuade the staff at the transit department (DETRAN) in São Paulo and get her new licence.

As well as her career as a lawyer, Denise also shares sexy snaps as an OnlyFans model to help bring in extra income and despite some people who think she can't be 'brainy and sexy' at the same time. Many of her friends and family have supported her move to OnlyFans - especially after seeing the money she makes.

She has gone under the knife several times and has spoken about her body tweaks openly. She admitted she's had multiple surgical and non-surgical procedures over the years, including Botox, skin peeling, three boob jobs, rhinoplasty, liposuction and "intimate surgery".

Denise also hit out at those who think she can't be clever and good looking and has insisted she won't let people's "limiting beliefs" impact her work or her life. "There is still a thought for some people that a lawyer cannot be beautiful and smart," she added, "these limiting beliefs on the part of some people, therefore, do not influence the creation of my content."

Her looks have also hindered her dating life, as she previously admitted she's sapiosexual, which means she is attracted to intelligent people and finds brains to be one of the most important traits in a partner. Because of her looks, she revealed that men assume she's not smart.

However she finds it difficult to connect with men on an intellectual level as they're unable to keep up with her highbrow conversations. She previously told The Mirror she can't stand it when men can only talk about one subject, as she sees it as a sign that they're not interested in "acquiring different knowledge", which is a turn-off for her.

"There is no perfect man, but the concept of the term sapiosexual - for me - involves a set of factors. As an example, I like to be next to a man I can talk to about a variety of subjects, and who doesn't get stuck talking about just one subject.

"For example, if you are in a certain profession [but] you can only talk about it, [and] general subjects are not positioned, [it means] that you are not interested in acquiring different knowledge. This set of factors, for me, adds to a man," she explained.
