Lisa Kudrow 'wants to adopt late Friends co-star Matthew Perry's dog Alfred'
Lisa Kudrow is reportedly considering adopting her late pal Matthew Perry 's dog Alfred following his death as sources close to her say she has a very sad theory about his final hours.
Matthew - who died recently, aged 54 - worked with Lisa, now 60, on the NBC sitcom Friends, which ran from 1994 to 2004. They starred on the show alongside Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer.
Following the news of Matthew's death this weekend, it's been claimed that Lisa is considering taking care of his dog Alfred. And it's been suggested that the actor and other former co-stars will be attending Matthew's upcoming funeral.

A source told the Daily Mail : "Lisa and [the] cast will all be attending his services." And discussing Matthew's four-legged companion Alfred, whom he's said to have brought into his family around three years ago, the source added: "Lisa is also considering taking in his beloved dog Alfred."

Some medications can bring blood to the surface which can interact with hot water.
Matthew introduced his fans to Alfred on Instagram back in 2021. Alongside a photo, he wrote in a post: "This is me and [Alfred]. Who's cuter? Don't answer that." He later teased alongside a photo of Alfred wearing a crown: "We all know who rules the Perry household even without the crown."
The cast of Friends are said to be "reeling" following the news of Matthew's death this week. A source told PageSix : "The cast is reeling from the loss of their brother, because that's what Matty was - their brother. It's just devastating."
Matthew played Chandler Bing on the show, which was created by Marta Kauffman, 67, and David Crane, 66. They have been among those paying tribute to him, having issued a joint statement with executive producer Kevin Bright, 68.
The trio told Deadline that they are "deeply saddened" by the loss of their "beloved friend". They said: "We will always cherish the joy, the light, the blinding intelligence he brought to every moment - not just to his work, but in life as well."
Their statement this weekend concluded with a reference to the way in which Friends' numerous episodes were titled. It ended by stating: "We send all of our love to his family and friends. This truly is The One Where Our Hearts Are Broken."
Former colleagues have also paid tribute to the late actor, like Maggie Wheeler, 62, who played Janice Hosenstein on the sitcom. Janice was one of Chandler's love-interests on the show, which had a televised reunion back in 2021.
Maggie wrote in a post on Instagram alongside a photo: "What a loss.The world will miss you Mathew Perry. The joy you brought to so many in your too short lifetime will live on. I feel so very blessed by every creative moment we shared."
