The Princess of Wales is thought to eat the same healthy breakfast each morning

Some experts have suggested that Kate Middleton's first meal of the day includes two pieces of vegetable and that by sticking to a varied diet she is able to both look and feel fantastic. Hair professionals at Longevita claim the 41-year-old royal eats oats first thing, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre.

This is followed by a breakfast drink made of nutritionally-dense foods, including kale, spinach, and spirulina. These are said to be her her favourites due to the protein and healthy vitamins included naturally in the ingredients.

Occasionally she will also eat a bowl of porridge to keep her energy levels high during the day. While for other meals, Kate is believed to enjoy dishes such as watermelon salad with feta, avocado and cucumber.

Elsewhere, the Princess of Wales loves snacking on goji berries, raw fruit and vegetables between meals, each full of nutrients that help promote healthy hair growth and leave her brunette locks strong and shiny.

It is also thought that she had a particular crave for lentil curry while she was pregnant - another favorite dinner of Kate's regardless. But if she runs out of time for a relaxing sit-down meal then the princess goes for for quick and easy bites like vegetable kebabs.

The much-loved royal is also very keen on fitness and sport and carries out a regular routine that includes running, spinning, yoga, weight training and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) among others. In school, she once captained the the women's field hockey team and has kept up her impressive stamina throughout her adult life.

Kate has been seen participating in many sports over the years, from abseiling to tennis, and although she has a busy schedule she rarely appears overwhelmed or phased by the many challenges she comes across.
