A former Dash employee dishes on her experience working for the famous Kardashian family revealing that Khloe would "make you cry" and Kourtney "was not kind whatsoever."

Cyndy Castro, a previous employee for Dash - a boutique clothing and accessory chain founded in 2006 by the Kardashian sisters - opened up about her first-hand experience working with the famous celebs this week. In a viral TikTok video, Cyndy gave fans an inside scoop at what it was like working for the sisters on a day-to-day basis and a look at their real-life personalities.

In the video, Cyndy shared that she had a very positive experience working with Kim and enjoyed her interactions with the famous reality star. She said that she was taken off guard the first time she met her as she was steaming clothes in the back of the store. The former employee recalled: "I'm just there steaming clothes and then she comes in with the kitty that Kanye had given her, Mercy, and she was like 'Hi I'm Kim, how's it going what's your name?' So Kim is really nice and really humble," she continued: "She is super sweet and she actually carries a conversation with you. You know she doesn't treat you like an employee. She's really approachable."

The former employee, however, didn't have as positive of an experience with the other Kardashian sisters. Speaking about her interactions with Khloe, she said: "Khloe will definitely let you know when you're doing something wrong and she's not scared to say it in the most horrible way - she can make you cry. But she's really sweet."

Cyndy continued that her experience working with Kourtney was by far the worst but prefaced her take by saying that Kourtney could be a "completely different person" now that she has gone through life experiences and therapy since she worked for her years ago. She said: "Kourtney was not kind whatsoever. Kourtney never acknowledged us, she never spoke to us, if she had something to complain about she would tell her sisters or she would tell the manager. So we never really spoke to her."

She added that while she was working at the store she noticed that shoppers would treat the shop "as an attraction" and would only go inside to take photos and say that they went. She claimed that the merchandise at the store was not selling and the only reason the store appeared "messy" when the sisters visited because they were continuously being sent new clothing without making any sales.

Fans took to the comments of the video, which has already reeled in over 855,000 views in 24 hours, sharing their reactions to the inside look at the sisters. One viewer commented: "I keep tryna tell ppl that Kourtney is the one that's not cool. But ppl are insistent on disliking Kim." And a third added: "I feel like Kim has a reputation of being professional and takes that seriously which I love about her." And a third wrote: "I'm so glad you said how they are as ppl cause Kourt deff didn't interact with employees in the show she seems stuck up," to which the creator confirmed: "Not even a good morning."
