Logan Paul shows off 'broken wrist' suffered days out from Dillon Danis fight

Logan Paul showed off a 'secret injury' to his wrist during an episode of his brother Jake's podcast, although he quickly admitted that he was lying.

The YouTube star will make his return to the ring for the first time since 2021 when he faces Dillon Danis next week at the AO Arena in Manchester, and fears that the MMA fighter still may not show up for the event. In an effort to entice his rival to appear, he showed off a cast on his right arm during a recent appearance on BS With Jake Paul.

However, within seconds he admitted that the injury wasn't real, and that he was just trying to get Danis to turn up to the bout under the impression that he was hurt. He had claimed to have suffered the broken wrist while landing a punch incorrectly in sparring.

When asked by his brother when it had happened he replied: "A couple days ago in training. Just a punch landed wrong and I have some wrist problems, I broke my wrist in the past." He then attributed his wrist problems to a legitimate previous incident where he partook in a stunt at Jake's former Team 10 house with videographer Jon Marianek where they rode a tandem bike over a ramp.

"It's so stupid Jake, yes it is," Logan continued. "I can't believe it because right before we did that you looked at me because I asked you to do the tandem bike jump with me. We went off a ramp that was four-and-a-half feet high on a tandem bike... I went off this jump with Jon Marianek and I landed on my wrist and broke my wrist.

"But right before I did it you looked at me and you were like 'hey bro, we're not crash dummies'. And I remember thinking 'I kind of am'." Jake then added that his older brother "always has been the one who does crazy stunts like jumping out of windows for Vine and crazy s***."

Logan then noted that his professional wrestling career has allowed him to actually use that fearlessness, adding: "I think, honestly, in the WWE I get to actually use it for good. Use my ability to just send my body off things for good." He then admitted that the injury was fake for content.

"But I'll be honest bro I didn't f***ing break my wrist," Logan continued. "I'll tell you why, because I'm not trying to scare Dillon away from this fight. In many ways [I am an attention w****]. He's already making excuses so I figured if I came out here, said I broke my wrist that he'd be like 'oh'. I should put it back on!"
