Sharon says taking the controversial jab has resulted in a nearly 30 pound weight loss in four months. The Talk host, who cut a chic appearance in a smart black trouser suit, candidly opened up about her experience of using the drug, which is usually used to treat patients with diabetes.
She said: "I have fought weight, my entire life. It’s affected my life to such a point. I had the gastric band, and had that removed, because it didn’t work after a while. I then had the sleeve and you can’t reverse the sleeve because they cut your stomach in half… it is what it is. You are stuck with that. After a while, it's all up here (in your mind). It’s all mental.”
Ozempic is a prescription drug that’s used in people with type 2 diabetes. It increases the levels of incretins – a hormone – which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and suppresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.

Speaking on her family podcast called The Osbournes, alongside her children Jack and Kelly, she revealed her intermittent fasting lifestyle. It came on the back of Jack talking about how quickly society would turn into utter chaos if people were forced to go without food. And on the back Jack's comment, Sharon admitted: "God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating."
