She said: "I have fought weight, my entire life. It’s affected my life to such a point. I had the gastric band, and had that removed, because it didn’t work after a while. I then had the sleeve and you can’t reverse the sleeve because they cut your stomach in half… it is what it is. You are stuck with that. After a while, it's all up here (in your mind). It’s all mental.”

Ozempic is a prescription drug that’s used in people with type 2 diabetes. It increases the levels of incretins – a hormone – which helps your body to produce more insulin when needed and suppresses the amount of glucose produced by the liver.

She revealed: "But now it’s got a reverse effect on me personally, I don’t know for everybody, I’m sure not. But I can’t put on weight now, no matter whatever I eat. I’m stuck at this weight. And it’s like my entire life I’ve wanted to be a certain weight, never got there, and now I have and it doesn’t suit me and I don’t like it and I can’t change it.”

She went on to say: "The thing about weight it's a personal thing... for me it caused depression.” When she first started taking the drug, Sharon told audience members on her chat show that the drug made her feel sick and she would also suffer with an upset stomach.

She said: "I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever." But now, Sharon has admitted that her eating habits are not like a regular person as she does not eat three days a week.

Speaking on her family podcast called The Osbournes, alongside her children Jack and Kelly, she revealed her intermittent fasting lifestyle. It came on the back of Jack talking about how quickly society would turn into utter chaos if people were forced to go without food. And it was at this point that Jack brought up the fact that it would only take someone to miss nine meals before they lost all control, which meant three days of breakfast lunch and dinner. And on the back Jack's comment, Sharon admitted: "God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating."
