Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are tracking the progress of RB Salzburg starlet Oscar Gloukh.

The 19-year-old has impressed for the Austrian side since moving from Maccabi Tel Aviv for £6million in January. Gloukh scored eight times and provided 10 assists in 40 appearances last season, and has added a further three goal contributions for Salzburg this time around.

Gloukh set up Salzburg's first goal in their top-of-the-table 2-2 draw against Sturm Graz on Saturday, after impressing for Israel on international duty. The attacking midfielder scored in a 1-1 stalemate in Romania, before helping his nation to a 1-0 victory over Belarus to boost their chances of qualifying for Euro 2024.

Following a series of impressive performances, Gloukh is being tracked by Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool, according to The Sun. The Premier League trio had scouts watching Gloukh during the international break and are monitoring him ahead of a potential move.

Gloukh played against England in the summer's European Under-21 Championship and was a standout performer, despite Israel losing 3-0 in the semi-final. Barcelona, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund had previously been linked with a move for Gloukh, before he chose to join Salzburg.

It is thought that Barcelona were very close to signing the talented midfielder, but their interest came after Salzburg had already agreed a deal. Speaking at the time, Gloukh said: "I was very excited that (Barcelona) wanted me, but they were late for the bidding and came back when we had already closed the Salzburg deal.

"In the end, I think we made the right decision to go to Salzburg and not to Barcelona. It makes more sense for my development as a player."

Gloukh has been a regular in the Salzburg side since penning a four-and-a-half year deal in Austria, although he did start the first four matches of the season on the bench. However, after returning to the starting XI, Gloukh has one goal and two assists in his last four appearances.
