Prince Harry and Meghan Markle defied rumours that they're splitting, as they put on a show of solidarity at the Invictus Games.

When Harry jetted off to Europe for the Games without Meghan, it left people wondering if something was splintering between them. It certainly didn't help the speculation that she has been seen without her engagement ring in recent times, but it turns out that the ring was just being fixed after one of the settings came loose.

Meghan also explained her initial absence. She said in an informal speech: "I just had to spend a little more time getting our little ones settled at home, putting milkshakes for their school drop-off and then I just landed a couple hours ago and I am thrilled that the first event that I can do for Invictus is here with all of you, it is amazing and I hear the week so far has gotten off to a good start is that right?"

Now that the rumours have been put to rest, the couple were seen making appearances at various events for the Games. They recently were spotted in the stands of the volleyball finals, sipping on beers together. Plus, Meghan stood by Harry's side as he celebrated his birthday.

At the Games, Harry and Meghan had the honour of presenting medals to the winners of events. To the ceremony, Meghan wore a timeless denim dress that flowed down to her calves. It had a button up front and a wrap belt. She added a pair of black, pointed-toe flats. Harry represented the spirit of the Games by wearing a black polo with the event's logo on it.

In the photos, the pair are seen happily celebrating the end of a successful event by clapping and cheering. They met one on one with victors, including a small child. In a sweet moment, Meghan bent down to bestow an award to the child. All eyes were on the pair as they closed out the 2023 Invictus Games and attention could begin to turn to the 2025 Games in Canada.

The Invictus Games are particularly special to Harry who recently released a docuseries chronicling the lead up to the prior Games. Heart of Invictus was released on Netflix in partnership with Archewell Productions, Harry and Meghan's production company.
