Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were lucky enough to get a "pretty good deal" on their Montecito mansion, getting a huge discount on the sprawling property.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex snapped up their secluded nine bedroom home for $14.65million (£11.8million) in 2020, just a few months after stepping back from the Royal Family.
Living in the home, the couple now count US TV royalty such as Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres as their neighbours.
Harry and Meghan live so close to chat show queen Ellen, that they were even able to pop along to her recent wedding vow renewal where they were seen mingling with the star-studded guestlist from Katy Perry to Kris Jenner.
Theduo bagged a $10million (£8million) cut from the asking price of their property after the previous owner struggled to sell it, according to reports.

"The former owner purchased it for about $10million more and was trying to sell it to obviously make a profit.
"He wasn't able to so he took about a $10million cut. As far as that is concerned, they actually got a pretty good deal," Forbes journalist Carlie Porterfield wrote.
Harry and Meghan went on to sign lucrative multimillion-pound deals with Netflix and Spotify.
Their Montecito mansion is a far cry from their former "small" home of Nottingham Cottage, which was the first home they shared together after Meghan moved to London.
Meghan says her new home makes her "feel free" and is "calm and healing" to live in the luxury home in the gated community in Santa Barbara.
In an interview with The Cut, the 41-year-old gushed over her 18,000-square-foot home, where she lives with Harry, 38, and their children Archie, three, and Lilibet, one.
The property boasts nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, as well as a tennis court, tea house and two-bedroom guest house.
There's also a chicken coop, a pool and a pool house, and two palm trees joined together at the bottom of the garden.
