Kathy Griffin is the latest celebrity to call out Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher for showing support to their former That '70s Show co-star Danny Masterson.

Masterson was imprisoned for 30 years last week after being found guilty of two rape charges. After several days of deliberation, a jury found the disgraced actor guilty of the crimes on May 31, with the sentencing being finalised last week.

The assaults occurred in 2003, during which time he was actively filming the series. Masterson was also alleged to have raped a third woman. The jury could not reach a unanimous decision on the third allegation, and the charges were dismissed.

And 62-year-old Kathy has now spoken out against Mila and Kunis for writing character letters of support for Danny prior to the sentencing. In the letters, Kutcher had called him a "role model" and said, "I do not believe he is an ongoing harm to society," while Kunis commended his "exceptional character".

Kathy slammed the pair as she cited her own personal experience of the difficulty she experienced in getting her older brother Ken Griffin arrested, whom she accused of being a paedophile.

"The notion that this guy was also convicted of drugging these women, that is such serious stuff that I don't really care that when they were working on That '70s Show, he was a good guy to work with," she said in a video, which she shared to her TikTok and Instagram account.

Kathy continued: "My brother, who's now dead, his name was Ken Griffin, was a paedophile," she went on. "It was a horrible, horrible thing, and I tried to get him caught. And that was my brother, so I don't want to hear about Ashton and Mila and Giovanni Ribisi and people that feel like they had to stick up for Danny Masterson because he was their bro, he was their buddy.

"This was my own brother, and two of his girlfriends confessed to me he also physically abused them very violently, and I called the LAPD about it twice," Kathy added. "This has been something that caused a giant rift within my family," she added. "For many years, I was shunned from my own family because I was trying to get my brother Ken arrested."

The comedienne concluded: "I could never do anything about my brother, and I felt so helpless. Blood was not thicker than water in my case. If you know that somebody is committing [sexual assault] you should do something, if you can."

This comes just days after actress Christina Ricci appeared to have a swipe at Ashton and Mila as she shared a cryptic Instagram post saying people who you admire can still do "horrible things".

Following a heavy backlash to their letters, Kunis and Kutcher have since released a joint video statement to apologise for any hurt their actions have caused. In the clip, Kunis said: "We support all victims. We have done this historically through all our work and will continue to do so in the future."
