The new iPhone 15 is here as Apple host glitzy 2023 event
Apple has launched four new iPhone models in its latest Autumn Apple launch: the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. On top of that, there are also two new shiny Apple Watch models including the return of the Ultra, the Apple Watch Ultra 2.
Apple CEO Tim Cook took to the stage in California to host its keynote teased with the tagline "Wonderlust", which we now know points to its long list of camera updates, roadside assistance software, double-tap technology and a huge focus on mobile gaming with the iPhone 15 Pro A17 chip.
With every new launch from Apple, we expect to see the price of older models drop significantly, which means you could pick up an iPhone 14 for a lot cheaper than usual. That being said the new iPhone 15 model's price tags are not as high as expected as the standard model has launched for $999.
Here's a quick look at the iPhone 14 price drops:
There's up to £252 off the iPhone 14 at Tesco Mobile
GiffGaff has one of the best discounts with £160 off
Get up to £288 off the iPhone 14 if you trade in with EE
The bigger iPhone 15 Pro will start at $999, and the ultimate iPhone 15 Pro Mox model will start at $1,199. We're still waiting for the official pound prices to update on site but that would seem to be upwards of £800 for the iPhone 15 pro. UK shoppers will be able to pre-order the new devices this coming Friday, September 15.
You can read back on all the official 2023 #AppleEvent news below, including where to buy devices outside of the Apple store, with retailers like Sky, EE, O2 and Vodafone on the list.
