Al Pacino, 83, says he is still dating Noor Alfallah, 29, despite custody filing
Al Pacino has insisted he is still in a relationship with Noor Alfallah, despite the 29-year-old allegedly filing for physical custody of their three-month-old son.
The couple met during the Coronavirus pandemic and went public with their romance last April. Noor then gave birth to their first child together, Roman Alfallah Pacino, on June 6 this year.
Hollywood icon Al, 83, and Noor have now been surrounded by split rumours after she allegedly filed a petition to determine a parental relationship with Roman. This is the first step in establishing physical custody.
However, a representative for Al said they are still romantically involved. They insisted they have simply worked together to reach an agreement about the care of their son.

Speaking to Page Six, they added: "They are still together." The Mirror has approached representatives of Al for comment.

Noor filed for physical custody three months after giving birth to Roman. Legal documents obtained by Blast indicate that she will be demanding full physical custody but will be giving Al reasonable visitation" and joint legal custody.
This will allow him to be involved with decisions impacting Roman's schooling, religion and healthcare. There was also a one-page "voluntary declaration of parentage" signed by both. This states that the Scarface star is the biological father of the child.

Noor is also demanding that Al pays all legal fees and attorney costs in the case, which will also determine how much child support will be paid.
Ahead of the birth of his son, Al said it felt "very special" to be further expanding his family. He was already a dad to three children from previous relationships.
Sharing his thoughts just weeks before Roman's birth, Al said in a video: "It's very special. It always has been." The award-winning actor subsequently commented about the upcoming arrival of his fourth child: "This is really special coming at this time".
He welcomed his eldest child Julie Pacino, now 33, with acting coach Jan Tarrant. Julie followed in her father's footsteps by venturing into the film industry herself, having worked as a director.
A decade after the birth of his first child, Al welcomed twins Olivia Pacino and Anton Pacino, now both 22. He shares the twins with fellow actor Beverly D'Angelo.
