Hannah Spearritt's 'revenge move' as anxious S Club stars await tell-all book
Unhappy Hannah Spearritt has moved the release date of her tell-all memoir and it clashes with S Club’s comeback show, it has been claimed.
Insiders say the 'revenge move' was designed to make the her former pals sweat with the ousted singer set to reveal all about her exit from the group, which came weeks after the tragic death of her much-loved ex-boyfriend and fellow bandmate Paul Cattermole.
Hannah was left out of the upcoming reunion tour amid her claims Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jo O'Meara, Jon Lee, Rachel Stevens, and Tina Barrett have been been ordered not to speak to her directly. It's been reported Hannah was unaware of the alleged snub and was shocked to discover they announcing tour plans as a five-piece on social media.
Now her book, called Facing The Music, will hit the shelves on October 12 - the same day the tour kicks-off. It had originally been due out a week earlier. Her former band-mates have been warned it could be a tough read as she is set to spill on the supposed bitter fall-out.
Hannah felt "blindsided" by the tour launch and has since turned to lawyers, it has been reported. Now, as part of a major money-making mission after the 42-year-old was left homeless last year, she's written a book - and it won't make for good reading for her old friends, it's been said.
S Club 7 enjoy mini reunion at the Brit Awards ahead of band's big announcementA source told The Sun: “Hannah’s book is full of explosive claims about her time in S Club and exactly what happened with her exit from the reunion tour. It will not be pretty reading for the group and it feels like Hannah is trying to overshadow the tour. Things have the potential to get very messy.”
Hannah is reportedly the latest celebrity to sign up for this year's ice skating competition Dancing On Ice as she looks to bring cash in after being left out on the tour. It has been said that Hannah is "raring to go for Dancing On Ice " and is working hard in training.
"Things have been tough with Hannah over the past 12 months and she hopes that appearing on the show will give her a much needed boost." They added: "Hannah is a seasoned performer and a great dancer so there is a good chance that she could go far in the series, as long as she nails the skating,” another insider told the publication.
Keen to diffuse any speculation of a rift Tina added that "nothing bad" happened but everyone just needs their own space. Despite the group's view on the situation, sources have told the publication that there is "little to no chance" of Hannah rejoining the pop group. The source added that Hannah has been left devastated and feels as though she was pushed out but doesn't understand why.
