Chilling final moments of mum-of-twins gunned down outside of Florida bar
Chilling details have been released surrounding the final moments of a 25-year-old mum of twins who was fatally gunned down last week during a violent altercation outside of a Florida bar.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office described how Tierra (Villarente) Binion was involved in a brutal brawl with 23-year-old Rachel DeRise outside of the Mugs and Jugs bar in Pensacola on August 23 before Christian Ketchup allegedly fired his weapon on the mum several times, according to court documents obtained by Law & Crime.
Speaking with several witnesses and after reviewing security footage from the establishment, deputies determined that Binion and another woman had told off a bar customer for "talking about their bodies" prior to the fight eventually spilling outside. It was then that Ketchup allegedly shot Binion seven times after further instigating the altercation.

Rachel DeRise reportedly got in a fight with Binion prior to the shooting (Escambia County Sheriff’s Office)One witness - a woman who said that she had personally known Ketchup and DeRise for years - said that she walked up to the scene while it was in the the middle of a "brawl," according to court documents. She said that she had seen the pair walking before a female - Binion - started "popping off to them" before ultimately striking at DeRise.
The witness said DeRise swung back and then Ketchup eventually noticed the commotion and swung on Binion before the woman swung at DeRise again. It was then that Ketchup swung a Binion and she fell to the ground, with the man eventually pulling his weapon out and firing on the woman, the witness explained to deputies.

Another witness, who also described herself as a friend of DeRis and Ketchup, said that she first noticed people start shoving each other in front of the bar. The woman said that she then "saw DeRise on the ground being dragged by a female" before Ketchup saw what was happening and "went over and started punching" Binion.
The witness explained to deputies that DeRise said that she was too drunk to remember what happened, adding that DeRise's knees were scraped "as if she had fallen to the ground."
Video surveillance footage from Mugs and Jugs provided further insight into the couple's actions, showing "Ketchup pull out his firearm from his waistband several times and wave it around." A deputy watching the footage said that they then saw Ketchup strike Binion and knock her to the ground before DeRise pounced on the woman and hit her.
The deputy then described seeing Ketchup "draw his firearm and fire multiple rounds at Binion while practically standing over her" before picking DeRise up off the ground and fleeing the scene.
One witness, a man who said he wasn't friends with either parties but rather an acquaintance of Binion from having seeing her around at bars, said that he was parked in front of the building when the scuffle unfolded. The man told deputies that he and another witness "exited his vehicle so that they could see a better view of the events," which was only approximately 10ft from them.
The witness explained to deputies that Binion had been holding back a guy from fighting when DeRise "comes out of left field and just pushes the victim, falls to the ground and they start fighting on the ground." Not five seconds later, Ketchup came to assist, according to the witness. Ketchup allegedly grabbed DeRise after the incident, he added.
Another witness, who had said he had just met Binion last Wednesday at a bar, said that Ketchup escalated the incident when asking DeRise "who touched you." DeRise then allegedly hit Binion when she wasn't looking, the witness explained to deputies.
This prompted Binion to turn to DeRise and sling her onto the ground where the fight continued, according to the man who had seen the commotion.
An Uber driver at the scene told deputies that he was dropping off a bar patron when he noticed the commotion, exiting his vehicle in a bid to de-escalate the tense situation. Noticing a gun at the scene, the driver said that he took the firearm into the bar and gave it to a bartending, telling them to alert the authorities that a gun was on the scene.
As he headed back to his vehicle, he heard gunshots and retrieved his own gun from his car. The driver told authorities he then saw Ketchup punch Binion unconscious before he "unloaded" his weapon into the victim.

Ketchup is facing a murder charge for the case and remains behind bars without bond. DeRise has been charged with misdemeanor battery and has since been released on a $15,000 bond. Both defendants have pleaded not guilty, according to court records obtained by Law & Crime.
Defense lawyers for Ketchup have argued that their client - an IT analyst for Navy Federal who has never been arrested before - believed that Bion “was inflicting deadly force, or it appeared that she was inflicting deadly force, on Ketchup’s girlfriend.”
