Salma Hayek celebrated her 57th birthday in style as she posed in a skimpy red bikini while holidaying in Mexico.

The Hollywood star look far younger than her years as she frolicked in the sea on a golden sandy beach to mark becoming another year older. Salma shared her love for her friends and family with her followers as she posted a series of images to her Instagram page.

Wearing the skimpy red two-piece that featured a white chain trim, she played in the water and smiled as she posed for the camera before sitting down in the sand to enjoy a snack with some hopeful seagulls joining her in the idyllic setting. Salma paired her swimwear with a pair of large dark reflective sunglasses with a metallic frame.

She also wore a straw sun hat with her long dark hair flowing in tousled beach waves from beneath it as she set about enjoying her big day. The enviably exotic looking coastline flowed behind as she displayed her age-defying curves in the snaps.
