If you're a parent, then you'll know just how expensive it can be to buy all the products your baby needs, and one of the priciest items on your child's shopping list is nappies - especially if they have sensitive skin and can't deal with the cheaper alternatives to brands such as Pampers.

But one mum has shared some game-changing information for parents who regularly buy Pampers, as she said there's an easy way you can bag yourself a free packet of nappies.

Lucy Rebecca posted a video to TikTok in which she revealed that all you need to do is download the Pampers Club app, which will entitle you to a free pack of Pampers nappies for every 10 packs that you buy.

The mum - who posts under the username @thelifeoflucylu - explained there's a code printed on the inside of every packet of Pampers, and if you enter 10 codes into the Pampers Club app, you'll have earned yourself a free pack.

She said: "Calling out to all my parents. Parents crew!

"Did you know if you buy Pampers nappies, there is a code inside each individual pack? You can download the Pampers Club app and you can get a free pack of nappies after every 10 packs."

According to the Pampers website, the app - which is only available in the UK for iOS and Android - sees parents collect one stamp for every code they enter from a pack of nappies or nappy pants.

Once you've collected 10 stamps, you can then arrange for a free pack to be delivered to your door.

Commenters on Lucy's video were floored by the trick, as many of them had no idea the Pampers Club app existed.

One person wrote: "Oh my, I wish I knew this sooner! My little man is 2 now and he always has Pampers so I could have had lots of freebies! Thank you."

While another added: "How did I just find this out?! I go through about 8 packs a month with my two [kids]."

And a third posted: "Whaaaaaaaaattttt??? I must have bought 50 packs! Where's my 5 free packs? Thanks for sharing!!"

Other commenters were quick to point out that many supermarkets sell their own brands of nappies that are cheaper than Pampers, but Lucy responded to many of them insisting that every baby is different, and some won't get on with the material used in other nappies.

Speaking about her own son, she told one commenter: "Luka had sensitive skin as baby so I stuck with Pampers, but I get them on offer."
