American Idol finalist Gabby Barrett pregnant with her third child with co-star
Gabby Barrett has announced that she's expecting her third child with her husband Cade Foehner, having shared the news with their respective fans on social media this week.
The singer, 23, and her husband Cade, 27 - who met when they were contestants on American Idol in around 2018 - announced the news in a joint post on Instagram last night. They teased that they had a "surprise" for their followers.
The couple - who have been married since 2019 - shared a photo of themselves sat together on a stage. The foreground was blurry and they teased in the accompanying caption of the post: "SWIPE for a surprise #livingthedream."
A subsequent photo that featured in the couple's recent post on the platform showed what appeared to be a phone in the foreground. The screen featured a message for fans, which included love hearts. The message read: "Baby #3."
Their post also included a short video that showed Gabby using a heartbeat monitor on her stomach. The Academy of Country Music Award winner was seen lying in bed whilst listening to the apparent heartbeat of her unborn child.

Gabby and Cade - who have been married for almost four years - are parents to Baylah, two, and 10-month-old Augustine. They welcomed their eldest child in 2021, with a more recent addition Augustine born in October last year.
Gabby and Cade met when they were contestants on the sixteenth season of American Idol, which aired back in 2018. They both ended up progressing to the live shows that year, with him ultimately placing fifth in the competition.
She however made it all the way to the final and placed third in the season, which was the first to air on ABC. Gabby had competed against the eventual winner Maddie Poppe and her runner-up Caleb Lee Hutchinson in the finale.
Gabby later released her debut single I Hope. It appeared on her debut album Goldmine, which was released in 2020. She's since released a remix of the song with Charlie Puth and had subsequent singles like Pick Me Up and Glory Days.
