Logan Paul calls out Nick Diaz for MMA fight as Jake guns for Nate cage rematch
Logan Paul wants to fight Nick Diaz on the same event as brother Jake's potential MMA rematch against Nate.
Nate was beaten in his boxing debut by Jake earlier this month and the pair have seemingly agreed to a second fight in MMA, but Nate wants more than Paul's proposed $10million. The fight marked Jake's first win since being beaten by Tommy Fury in February whilst Nate was also competing for the first time since his UFC exit last September.
Both Logan and Nick were in attendance for the event, which took place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Logan is set to fight Conor McGregor's training partner Dillon Danis at the Misfits Boxing 'Prime Card' in October but that didn't stop him from calling for an MMA fight against Nick.
"Let's sweeten that pot a little bit because I know you've been having trouble to convince Nate to fight you in an MMA match," Logan said on his Impaulsive podcast. "Why don't we get me on the same card and I'll fight Nick Diaz?" Jake seemed up for the idea as he suggested: "Double header, brother versus brother, MMA match. No tag-team, straight up MMA."

Nick admitted he was suffering from issues outside the cage before he quit against Robbie Lawler in their rematch two years ago. Nick, who has only fought once in the past eight years, has expressed interest in fights against both Logan and Jake as he said after his brother's recent defeat: "Let’s cut to the chase, I’m a lot better than both of these guys that are out there.
"I’d love to entertain the idea of moving on in whoever they’ve got for me. So if they want to do round two [against Jake], if [Nate] ain’t going to do it, I’ll take it. Jake’s got an older brother too, so don’t forget about the one and only. I’d like to get a good look at what’s going on because I don’t know what’s happening, but I like to keep options open.

Either way, yeah, one of those two, or maybe something else. Who knows? I’ve got a lot going on right now, but we can sort that out. I try to stay away from the fight game in general, because I’m all the way in.
"It’s all or nothing. I’m never one foot in, one foot out. Coming here, I just feel that I have a little bit of an opportunity to open up a little bit of a window. If that’s what it is, then just let it be known — I’m still motivated as ever, and I’m a harder worker and better fighter than anybody that’s out here in this right now in this day and age.”
