Kerry Katona makes savage dig at Strictly line-up as she 'only knows one person'

Kerry Katona has made a savage dig at the Strictly Come Dancing line-up, saying she only knows 'one person' in it.

Celebrities including Love Island's Zara McDermott, Channnel 4 News presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach have all signed up for the show. However, Kerry, 42, reckons the only person she knows is Waterloo Road and Emmerdale star, Adam Thomas.

Speaking about the class of Strictly 2023, she said: “The only person I know is Adam Thomas. I’ve met him a few times and he’s a lovely bloke. I would love to go on the show myself – you lose so much weight when you’re on that!“ Conceding she wasn't “that impressed with the line-up, mainly because I'm not on it“, the Atomic Kitten star said she wants to take part in the primetime dance show and has no issue with the BBC, but accepts her OnlyFans account may be the reason the broadcaster hasn't considered her.

The mum-of-five is said to be making hundreds of thousands of pounds from the X-rated content site in which she shares a slew of racy snaps with her fans. Telling OK! magazine, people need to "move with the times", Kerry pointed out Strictly was the only reality show she hasn't done.

In 2004, the former face of Iceland was crowned Queen of the jungle, competing against fellow campers including Peter Andre and Katie Price in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! Between 2007 to 2010, Kerry starred in five more reality shows on MTV UK about her life, rehab and bipolar disorder.

While Kerry may not have been able to lose weight by taking part in Strictly, she's still managed to drop an impressive three stone following the Francis Diet. The reality star has been showing off the results of her hard work as she continues on her weight loss journey after hitting an epic milestone.

Kerry recently revealed she's now 10st and 12lbs after showing off how she can now fit into her size 12 jeans. Crediting the diet and lifestyle plan from influencer and coach Scott Francis, who provides an eating plan and exercise regime, usually requiring three workouts per day, Kerry posted: "Monday morning weigh in with @francisdiet omg thank you so much for all your help, guidance and firmness!!. Not far till the finish line! I was 13’3 9 stone here I come! And my god I feel soooo much happy mentally, and especially physically!!"
