A Virginia pediatrician is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a mother who alleges that he assaulted her while she held her infant son during a medical examination.

Dr. Martin Seth Forman, a 70-year-old board-certified pediatrician and founding partner of Reston Pediatrics, has been accused of sexually assaulting the woman during what was supposed to be a routine check of her child's ears.

Dr Forman said he "categorically denies" all the allegations and branded them an attempt to destroy his name.

The mother asserts that Forman was "pretending" to examine her son's ears when he straddled her legs and began to rub his genitals against her. The complaint further alleges that Forman continued to grind against her as the examination continued, and he also touched her breasts without consent.

In the civil lawsuit filed in Loudoun County Circuit Court, the plaintiff, whose identity is protected, claims that the alleged incident took place on January 27 at Dr. Forman's private practice in Lansdowne.

This is the third civil lawsuit against Dr. Forman involving accusations of sexual misconduct during medical examinations. The allegations come just six months after Forman and Reston Pediatrics were ordered to pay a $1.3 million civil verdict in a separate case involving a 15-year-old patient.

In that case, Forman was accused of entering the patient's home under the pretext of a "house call" and fondling the girl's breasts.

The current lawsuit seeks $2 million in damages for sexual battery and emotional distress. The mother, who had previously taken her other children to Reston Pediatrics for checkups, called it "very disturbing."

Reston Pediatrics is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, as the mother claims that the clinic had knowledge of Forman's alleged history of sexual misconduct.

The clinic is facing another lawsuit by the parents of a different female patient who claim that Forman touched their daughter inappropriately and engaged in similar behavior during a medical examination earlier this year.

In response to the allegations, Jacob Pierce, the attorney for both the doctor and his clinic, released the following statement to NBC news:

“Dr. Forman and Reston Pediatrics categorically deny all the allegations made against each of them. Given that this case is currently in pending litigation, we do not have any further comment at this time.”

Forman is now being represented by Coreen Silverman who said, “This is all about money. This a public campaign to destroy a good man’s name,” Silverman said Tuesday.
