A California source close to the couple told People that Meghan is trying to be supportive of Prince Harry and his relationship with the Royal Family as she builds a new life with her two children four-year-old Prince Archie and two-year-old Princess Lilibet in California. The insider said: "The situation with his father and brother is still very difficult for him,” the source added: "Meghan is always supportive of it though. She used to be negative about it. This new mindset greatly differs from Meghan's original attitude towards the royal family during an interview with famous talk host show host Oprah Winfrey in 2021. During the exclusive one-on-one interview, Meghan gave audiences a look into her relationship with the royal family revealing that she felt "unwelcomed" and "unsupported" by members of the family. But two years later, a source tells People that she has a "much softer approach about Harry's family".

The source told the news outlet, Meghan: "Just wants to focus on their kids and their life in Montecito" and that the couple's goal is for their children to "have a normal life as much as possible."

It's a very rare occurrence that the public sees the couple with their kids, as the family likes to remain private, but Wednesday the public saw a rare insight into the children's lives after a new video was shared.

According to the insider, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a very similar view when it comes to how they want to raise their two children and share the same family values. The source adds that the pair are great parents and that Archie and Lilibet are "their world".

The source gave fans inside look at the family dynamic of the family, and shared that Archie and Lili often have playdates, go to the beach with Meghan and Harry, and Archie is currently attending school. They explained that the famous couple's method of raising their children is very "play-based" and they have multiple play time areas including a climbing gym built on their California property. The insider explained that Meghan is just like all the other mothers at Archie's school pickup and has a normal, friendly relationship with the other parents.
