1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton seemingly broke down in tears during a heartbreaking final goodbye to her estranged husband Caleb Willingham at his funeral, with the starlet looking emotional in moving photos.
The former TLC star was joined with family and friends at the intimate gathering which celebrated the life of her former lover who she married in November 2022. In the heartbreaking photos that have emerged online, the 37-year-old star was seen in a short black dress while wiping away her tears with a tissue as she held a bouquet of bright, colourful flowers for her estranged husband almost one month after his passing.

The 1000 Lb Sister star has been heartbroken following the loss of her ex-husband and has been consistently posting heartfelt tributes to him since his death (mandilewis19/Instagram)The private funeral for Caleb was planned by his ex-wife Tammy and held during sunset just a few minutes away from Tammy's home in Kentucky. The celebration of life was held just three days after the reality TV star's 37th birthday and Tammy was spotted sitting next to her supportive sister Amy during the emotional ceremony, in the photos obtained by the U.S. Sun.
Caleb tragically passed away at the start of July, with his brother announcing the sad news on Facebook. Shortly after, Tammy then confirmed the news herself with a moving Instagram post and a statement released to People Magazine. Caleb has since been cremated following his death and subsequent funeral.
An insider close to Tammy told the outlet: "They were best friends and were supporters of each other in the clinic, and [his death is] devastating for her."

The couple's relationship only lasted a few months, but grieving the death of her ex-husband has been heartbreaking for Tammy as she has been regularly posting on her social media accounts sharing with her followers heartfelt tributes to Caleb days and weeks after his death.

Tammy is most well-known for her role in 1000-lb Sisters, a reality television series on TLC that highlights the personal day-to-day lives of Amy Slaton-Halterman and her sister Tammy Slaton in Dixon, Kentucky as they attempt to lose weight and receive weight loss surgery. New episodes of the show will be released in December, including footage of her wedding with Caleb, according to a recent announcement from Tammy.
