Meghan Markle denies 'ridiculous' claims she's 'embarrassed and seeking support'

A source has slammed the "ridiculous" claims that Meghan Markle is feeling "embarrassed" following the release of Prince Harry's tell-all memoir.

The insider denied she is "seeking support from mentors" and said the Duchess of Sussex is not feeling "excluded" from the King's Coronation, despite rumours circulating that she may not attend.

A source close to Meghan has told The Mirror the claims are "ridiculous" and described them as "nothing but lies".

The 41-year-old had been rumoured to have reached out to friends following the release of her husband's book Spare.

In the memoir, the Duke of Sussex recalled how he lost his virginity to an older woman in a field behind a pub.

Harry detailed what he called a "humiliating episode with an older woman who liked macho horses and who treated me like a young stallion".

He also claimed he "mounted her quickly, after which she spanked my ass and sent me away".

In an interview, Sasha Walpole - who claims to have been the older woman - said they had been drinking shots in the pub before they snuck out to the field to have a cigarette.

A source had told The Spectator that Meghan would be "embarrassed by the whole thing" and was "seeking support from mentors", something which has now been disputed to The Mirror.

The source also told The Spectator that Meghan felt "excluded" from the King's Coronation, alleging she and Harry may not attend as a result.

They said the Royal couple were "weighing up" whether or not to return to the UK for the ceremony which will take place on May 6.

The pair are yet to publicly comment on whether they will be attending.

Meghan and Harry were savagely mocked in a recent episode of South Park, with some viewers slamming the show for going too far.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "South Park is rancid! The Prince Harry and Meghan abuse has gone on for far too long."

Another added: "This is a sad commentary. The royal family is disfunction at its highest.

"And I use the term 'family' lightly. They don't even call themselves a family--they call themselves, "The Firm." I feel sorry for all of them."
