Big Brother's Lauren Harries shares health update after 'painful' spine surgery
Brave Lauren Harries told fans their support 'keeps her going' as she took to social media to share an update on her ongoing health battle.
The Celebrity Big Brother star, 45, has been in the hospital for over three months. She was first admitted back in April over a mystery condition and underwent a major operation on her brain.
Last month Lauren's family revealed she'd been placed in a medically-induced coma in a bid to control her seizures. While this month the TV personality underwent another emergency surgery as her previous 'painful' spinal surgery to amend a split in her spine was deemed 'unsuccessful'.
Throughout the entire ordeal, Lauren's mother, Katy, has been taking to Twitter to update fans on her condition. And now, Lauren returned to social media to thank them for their unwavering support.

She said she's trying to 'stay positive and love life' (Instagram)In a clip shared on her Instagram Stories, Lauren wore a Louis Vuitton scarf around her head and oversized sunglasses as she addressed her followers.

"Hello everyone, It's been a long time since I was on here. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and thank you so much for all your support, for all of your love, I don't know what I would do without it," she said.
"You're all my angels and you are all my stars, I just wanted to say a big hello and a big surprise to you all and I think of you everyday and your support is what keeps me going."
Lauren added: "I love you, your my sweetheart, your my angels, your my stars, your the sun in the sky, your the stars that shine, your beautiful and I love you."
She blew a kiss at the camera and revealed: "Well I'm still in the hospital and I'm just enjoying a bit of time with my brother Adam.
"It's been three and a half months now, but I've always said It's the best time to be positive and to love life. I love you all. Speak to you very soon."
Lauren relaxed in a small garden area outside the hospital as she took in some fresh air after months being cooped up inside.
Earlier this month, her mum told fans she needed a third operation. "She is having emergency surgery today, the first of two operations," her mum wrote on Twitter.
"This has meant she is in constant pain and unable to walk it could also lead to more bleeding on the brain. She has been through so much in her 3 1/2 months in hospital, this is her 3rd operation."
