Megan Fox's full transformation over the years and whether she's had plastic surgery

Megan Fox has been in the spotlight since landing her role in 2004's Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

Since then, she cemented her star status in Hollywood in the movies such as Transformers and Jennifer's Body while also being known as one of Hollywood's most prominent beauty icons.

Despite her appearance having transformed quite a bit over the years, one thing has remained the same, and that is that the 37-year-old has been idolised for her striking good looks over the years.

Comparison pictures of Megan at the start of her career and more recent show the actress sporting bushier eyebrows, a more chiselled, lifted complexion, and a fuller cleavage.

While the changes could have been due to age, evolving make-up applications, trends, lifestyle changes and exercise, many have pondered whether Megan has ever gone under the knife.

And despite the speculation over the years, including the brunette pictured in March 2022 paying Diamond Face Institute's surgical centre in Beverly Hills, Megan has never publicly confirmed getting any plastic surgery.

But rumours of Botox and fillers aside, in a throwback interview with Allure in 2010, Megan explained that she wasn't against plastic surgery at all.

"I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from," she said.

"Because a lot of times it's not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin — the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, 'This is something that I want to do,' then do it. It's amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do."

Since that interview, Megan has come a long way appearance-wise. Her recent snaps and selfies on Instagram show a much plumper pout than her early days in the entertainment business.

She has even been experimenting with her locks, playing around with grey wigs as well as long beachy and braised tresses in her recent forest-inspired photoshoot. This comes after being known for her long glossy dark brown tresses for the majority of her career.

Meanwhile, sometimes her primped, preened, and sculpted beauty looks have drawn comparison to reality star Kim Kardashian.

And while plastic surgery and skincare experts have been adamant that she has had the likes of blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), lip fillers, Botox and a breast augmentation, Megan has remained tight-lipped on anything surgical she may have had done.

However, given her soaring status in Hollywood over the years, Megan has had access to some of the best-kept beauty secrets, and previously revealed to The Huffington Post that she uses natural products for her flawless complexion and always ensures to keeps her skin hydrated.

"I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturise," she said. "I only take showers as I don't like sitting in bath water. After my shower, I moisturise with grapeseed oil from Wholefoods. It's a great moisturiser and lighter than olive oil."
