Intense optical illusion will determine your biggest weakness in relationships
According to experts a surreal art piece can help decipher your vulnerabilities in relationships, and your answer all depends on what you spot first in this mind-boggling optical illusion.
This artwork illusion, by Ukranian arsit Oleg Shupliak, dates back to the early 20th century, and from a distance, you can see a mountainous landscape, but with a closer look, you can depict a vast number of different elements. If you hone in on the details it all changes drastically - but it's what you see first that reveals your relationship psyche and vulnerabilities.
Within the piece you might spot a representation of the Mona Lisa, a man wearing a hood, a man sitting on a rock, and a third man sitting on his jacket.
So what does it all mean?
According to Your Tango, those who see the bearded man at first glance have low self-esteem, which will likely impact their relationships. What's more, those who see the hooded man first, are more likely to have a temperamental character and experience outbursts.
Mind-bending optical illusion makes your brain 'adjust' after 10 secondsRebecca Stokes, an author for Your Tango, explained: "Not everyone sees red and turns it into a missile, whose only thought is to 'search and destroy', sometimes just walking away until the red subsides is the best way to make productive communications happen."
Whereas those who instantly spot the man in the jacket first are said to have a fear of conflict in relationships and will likely avoid any confrontation.
Giving her opinion on people who are like this, Rebecca said: "There is nothing worse than having to express your negative emotions to another person except maybe for then having to have a full conversation about it. What if they hate you forever? Oh god! Run away."
If the observer becomes drawn to the Mona Lisa, this is a signal they will romanticise life.
Although Rebecca warns: "Being able to see all of that beauty is a great gift to have, but it can also make it a bit too easy for you to avoid problems in your relationships."
Those whose eyes are drawn to the man sitting on the rock, looking into the distance, are most likely to isolate themselves from the world around them.
"You call yourself an introvert but the truth is sometimes that you just take it too darn far," added Rebecca.
