Savvy shoppers already know that next week heralds Amazon Prime Day , when the internet giant slashes prices on thousands of its best-selling products.
But in amongst the inevitable beauty and gadget discounts, there’s a little-known offer that's gone live already and allows customers the chance to enjoy thousands of books, audiobooks and magazines totally free between now until October, meaning keen readers could save hundreds of pounds on the cost of some big name titles.
Kindle Unlimited is available free for three months for Prime Members signing up for the service.
There’s no strings attached and customers don’t need a Kindle device to read them, as the free Kindle app can be installed on a phone or tablet instead.
