Megyn Kelly says that Prince Harry and Meghan won’t be able to ‘recover’ after South Park made a dig at the former royals.

In the latest episode of the cartoon comedy, “the prince of Canada and his wife try to find privacy and seclusion in a small mountain town,” as per the episode’s description.

Kyle said in the preview: “It seriously is driving me crazy. I’m sick of hearing about them but I can’t get away from them!

“They’re everywhere. In my f****ing face,” he said.

“Look, Kyle, we just kind of don’t care about some dumb prince and his stupid wife,” said Stan.

Following the insensitive jibe about the pair, journalist Megyn - who has often rushed to the defence of the former royals - believe that all efforts of a comeback for the parents have since been ‘dashed’.

She said: “I feel this is a pronouncement that they have jumped the shark, they are not beloved and her hopes of running for president, reported hopes, are all but dashed.”

Noting that rumours of Meghan surfaced about her running for US presidency, Kelly responded: “That’s not happening.

“When South Park turns on you, there’s no recovering,” she added.

The upcoming episode, which hits UK screens at 10pm this Thursday, made many other digs at the couple.

One seen reportedly depicts a royal family member farting on the Princess’ face when they attend the funeral of the Queen of Canada, and see them being greeted by their booing family.

They also feature on ‘Good Morning Canada’ holding cards which read: “Stop looking at us!” and “We want our privacy!”

The interviewer in the series also suggests that they are ‘journalists’ themselves and report on the lives of their royal family in a novel which seems strikingly similar to Harry’s actual memoir, Spare, but is instead titled: “Waaagh!”

“We just want to be normal people, this attention is so hard,” the princess reportedly says.

It comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now looking to cement their A-list status in Hollywood by making their debut at the showbiz and fashion extravaganza that is the this year.
