Ulrika Jonsson slams Vanessa Feltz's cheating ex Ben Ofoedu over 'empty' apology
Ulrika Jonsson has slammed her pal Vanessa Feltz's cheating ex Ben Ofoedu, who issued an apology to his ex partner of 16 years following their split.
TV personality Ulrika, 55, offered a scathing rant on the pair's 'painfully public' relationship breakdown after the Phats and Small singer admitted to cheating on Feltz before offering a tearful public apology.
In her column she didn't hold back and branded Ben's apology 'empty' days after the infidelity was confirmed and left the TV star 'heartbroken.
The singer said Vanessa was 'the queen of my heart' and still loves her, but Ulrika poked holes in his apology writing: "I can’t help but wonder why that wasn’t at the forefront of his mind when he was playing hide the sausage with his accomplice.''
She added in her column with The Sun: "Saying sorry doesn’t absolve you or your responsibility. I don’t think there could be a more empty word to use.

But Ben admitted he'd been subjected to 'abuse' since news of the affair broke, apologised for the 'pain' he has caused.
In the video Ben said: "I will always love Vanessa she is the Queen of my heart she was my everything. But I have been incredibly foolish and stupid. I just have to hold my hands up and be honest. I have every regret - where do you want me to start!"
Ben opened up to The Mirror that he was 'insecure', saying that he struggled to come to terms with Vanessa's apparent lack of desire to get married, despite the pair getting engaged in 2006.
But the TV personality, who is also agony aunt, said she was hesitant to get married again after her divorce from her doctor ex-husband Michael Kurer in 2000.
Vanessa said she's their split has brought up painful memories for her daughter's Allegra, 37, and Saskia, 34, as well as rippling through to grandchildren Zekey, nine, Neroli, seven, AJ, three and four-month-old Cecily who have only ever known Ben as part of the family.
Ulrika, 55, who herself admitted she 'crossed the line' with her first husband John Turnbull during their marriage, previously told how for her 'infidelity' was very 'black and white'.
Also in her Sun Column wrote: 'I was unfaithful in my first marriage - no excuses."
The former couple were married from 1990 to 1995, with their son Cameron, 27, born in 1994.
