Capital presents Summertime Ball with Barclaycard kicked off earlier today with performances from a star-studded lineup including The Jonas Brothers, Calvin Harris, Tom Grennan and former One Direction star Niall Horan.

One mega star who wasn't listed on the bill but caused a huge stir with a cameo appearance was pop superstar Kylie Minogue.

The 55-year old stunned the 80,000-strong Wembley Stadium crowd as she performed her brand new song 'Padam Padam' from her forthcoming album 'Tension'.

With the crowd in the palm of her hand, Australian Kylie then treated fans to a rendition of her 2001 hit 'Can’t Get You Out of My Head'.

Kylie stunned as she took to the stage in a bright red dress that featured daring waist-high splits on either side.

She added to the glam by donning a pair of knee-high boots and matching Handsome Stockholm leather gloves, and completed her look with a red lipstick, whilst wearing her golden tresses down tinged with red streaks.

Niall, meanwhile, produced a medley of hits including 1D's 'Story Of My Life' and even introduced fellow performer Anne Marie to perform a duet of their collaboration, 'Our Song'.

Speaking of Anne Marie, the 32-year old marked her own appearance with a diamond ring on her wedding finger, amid her relationship with boyfriend Slowthai, who also attended the bash.

The Psycho singer donned an oversized open brown and blue denim jacket with matching trousers, along with a white t-shirt and black boots.

Another star to style it up was Ellie Goulding, who told the crowd "Don't pretend you don't know the words, because you do!", before launching into her biggest hit, 'Burn'.

The 36-year old opted for an iridescent green two-piece ensemble featuring a single-shoulder top and shimmering cargo pants.

Elsewhere, 25-year old Zara Larsson wowed fans in a plunging black crop-top to show off her toned physique, and like Ellie, added a pair of green cargos to the mix.

The Swedish beauty, who played four songs including the hit 'Symphony' stunned as her blonde locks were complemented by a smoky yellow eye shadow, pink lip and black winged eyeliner.

Lewis Capaldi was due to be taking to the stage too as one of the headline acts but pulled out earlier this month.

‌"It's been such an incredible time leading into this new album, and seeing all of the support from everyone has been beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of,” Lewis said in his statement.

"That said, the last few months have been full on both mentally and physically, I haven't been home properly since Christmas and at the moment I'm struggling to get to grips with it all."

For those not lucky enough to be at Wembley Stadium today, ITV will be broadcasting the best bits of the Summertime Ball on ITV next Saturday, June 17, from 7pm.
