Man Utd face transfer moment of truth as takeover saga threatens summer overhaul

Erik ten Hag enjoyed a successful first season in charge at Manchester United, but the Dutch coach now faces a huge summer to build on fans' growing expectations.

Contrary to most pre-season predictions, United are now ahead of schedule following Ten Hag's debut campaign in England, winning the Carabao Cup to end the club's six-year trophy drought and finishing third in the Premier League to seal Champions League football. United are heading in the right direction, but the Glazers' tortuous sale of the club could scupper Ten Hag's transfer ambitions.

The 53-year-old wants key signings including a striker, a centre-back, a midfielder and a new goalkeeper, though United will also have to sell to raise funds for a summer spree. Ten Hag faces key decisions on a number of players including captain Harry Maguire and first-choice 'keeper David de Gea... and now we want you to tell us who you think United should keep or sell this summer.
