Love Island's Haris Namani breaks silence over 'closest friend' after villa axe
Dumped Love Island star Haris Namani revealed who he became best mates with in the South African villa.
The TV salesman, 21, entered the competition on day one but was dumped from the show under two weeks in.
During his short stay at the sunny location, he became close friends with almost everyone - especially Ron Hall.
He took part in an Instagram Q&A with his fans on Wednesday and one fan asked: "Who was your best mate in the villa?"
Haris wrote: "All the boys but RON."
Love Island's Haris spills on unaired row between Zara and Tanyel"Sorry guys I got this WRONG, RON was my best mate in there," he later clarified to confused fans.
After getting dumped from the competition, Haris confessed he was "devastated" to be out but said, "what will be will be".
Meanwhile, Love Island viewers were confused after Ron appeared to go 'missing' on Casa Amor on February 14.
The Islanders have been 'moving mad' in the two villas, with Will kissing Layla twice and Casey ditching Claudia in favour of the new girls.
However, fans have been left confused as the financial analyst was nowhere to be seen in the villa.
As the contestants rush to get to know the others, fans were shocked to witness Ron being the one to stay loyal to Lana.
He and Shaq even chose to sleep outside in the day beds whilst the others shared beds.
Taking to Twitter, puzzled fans wrote: "So weird that Ron is the one behaving #loveisland," whilst another shared on social media: "the zero screen time must mean Ron has finally learnt his lesson & behaving himself #loveIsland."
"Woah I forgot about Ron. he and Lana are the only loyal ones, and Will isn’t. double plot twist! #loveisland," a third wrote.
A fourth gave their verdict, adding: "Given Ron hasn’t Ronned in Casa Amor (i.e. strayed - yet) does this mean that the plot twist of all plot twists is gonna happen and him and Lana are gonna win? #loveisland."
Molly-Mae hints at showing baby in her first YouTube as she teases special videoMeanwhile, it was recently reported that nine Islanders will be axed in upcoming scenes that will bring the two villas back together.
There will be the biggest cull of Islanders the show has ever seen as the original cast decide if they want to stay together with their pre-Casa Amor partners or recouple with someone new.
It is understood the brutal recoupling will take place in Wednesday evening's Love Island.
