Evan Rachel Wood 'hands custody' of son to ex amid Marilyn Manson lawsuit
It has been reported that American actress Evan Rachel Wood has "handed over primary custody of her son" to ex-boyfriend Jamie Bell.
The actress has "given up her son" due to her fear that her child could be in danger as a lawsuit brought by her ex Marilyn Manson over abuse allegations rumbles on.
Legal documents, which were obtained by The Blast, show that Evan, 35, agreed for son Jack, 9, to "primarily" reside with her ex Jamie.
Evan currently lives in Nashville, while her ex Jamie Bell lives in Los Angeles - with Evan reportedly previously "battling to keep her son out of LA".
It is reported that the legal documents state that Evan and Jamie's son will reside with Jamie in LA and Evan "shall have custody of Jack one extended weekend per month from Friday, after school or 10:00 a.m."

Evan and Jamie were married for two years (FilmMagic)Although the reasoning behind Evan's decision is unknown, the publication has reported that sources say she is "extremely afraid of putting her son in danger by living with her in Los Angeles".
This comes amid alleged abuse by Marilyn Manson, with it reported that Evan believes she could be putting herself in danger by working with investigators on the case.
Speaking about her fears in custody court, she is reported to have said: "I am a key witness in a pending investigation."
Evan went on: "I am extremely afraid of the an alleged offender. I allege I have suffered a severe, traumatic physical and emotional injury at his hands."
It has also been claimed that Evan was told "directly by investigators" that her family's safety was at risk.

The source told The Mirror: "Brian Warner has not had any contact nor communications of any kind with Evan Rachel Wood in nearly a decade.
"Brian Warner has never threatened Ms. Wood or her family. Wood has not provided a shred of evidence of Warner making any threats against her or her family."
Evan's ex Jamie allegedly filed documents that said she was "keeping their son from him" and how it "shouldn't matter what was going on with Manson" and that the pair should share custody of their son in Los Angeles
"Whatever fears Evan may have regarding third parties should have nothing to do with me or custody of our son," he wrote.

"I do not even want to think of the short-and long-term psychological harm Evan might be inflicting upon Jack with this kind of talk and my prolonged separation from him."
Denying that she kept their son from Jamie, Evans is said to have expressed "real and deep concerns" regarding her son if she too lived in LA with him.
