A £23million house has gone on the market next door to Harrods - but viewers are all saying the same thing.

he perfect house for shoppers who are most certainly not on a budget,

The townhouse is just a stone's throw from luxury department store Harrods and is the perfect house for shoppers who are most certainly not on a budget.

Number six, Herbert Crescent, is an impressive townhouse, although pretty understated from the outside as far as Knightsbridge goes.

Step through the front door and the 4,600 square feet of prime London real estate hits you between the eyes, with an open plan design taking you from reception to dining room to outside in one swoop.

There's a lift (because why take the stairs?) which will bring you to all six floors, My London reports.

And don't worry, there's also a gym and swimming pool in the basement to make up for not using the stairs.

But after estate agents shared a virtual tour on TikTok, viewers were left less than impressed with the outdoor space considering the plush pad's hefty price tag.

Despite its opulence, fans of the London Real Estate account, which shared the video, thought the garden was pretty "tiny".

One user even commented "Imagine spending over 20 million and having neighbours."

The small patio area is enough to invite round friends for a BBQ party, but not so ideal if you love getting soil underneath your fingernails.

"Where's the rest of the garden?" one user said.

One person commented, "£23million and you don't get a hallway or garden", while another added: "That price and that little garden with no grass."

Don't worry though - Hyde Park is only around the corner where you can bathe in 142 hectares of green space to your heart's content.

The home's master bedroom also comes with its own balcony, ensuite, and of course a massive walk-in wardrobe to fit in all those expensive new clothes you'll be buying over the road.

According to Rightmove, the house last sold in 2015 for a whopping £10.5million, but that has more than doubled in seven years with the sellers asking for well over £20million.

Don't be fooled though, valuation site The Move Market reckons the terraced house is (only) worth a cool £15million.

Others were sceptical about the 'open plan' design, and labelled it "claustrophobic".

Dewi said: "£22million to have your front door basically open into your dining room. Not a fan."

Some just pointed out how much the budget would get you outside of London, suggesting you could buy island or own a castle.
