Stacey Solomon shares sweet and easy trick to battle public speaking fears
Stacey Solomon revealed the simple method she uses to battle her fears of public speaking.
The Loose Women panellist has had her hands full after welcoming daughter Belle with husband Joe Swash in February.
The 33-year-old has been nervous about returning to work after being at the family's Pickle Cottage with the kids.
Stacey is known to share her day-to-day life on social media and recently took to her Instagram Stories to reveal she's off to speak on a panel.
"I can honestly say these are the jobs that scare me the most! I love speaking on here no matter how many people are watching because I honestly feel like I'm chatting with my mates," she said.

She recently welcomed baby Belle (staceysolomon/Instagram)In the photo she shared, Stacey rocked a white and pink floral dress and a white blazer as she smiled for the mirror selfie.
"But public speaking in front of a room full of actual humans is way scarier! But I am excited & I'll just imagine it's an audience of cute puppies."
The presenter, who constantly chats with her fans on social media, always provides DIY hacks to followers and asks for advice.
Just last month, she updated fans on her baby daughter Belle and said her smiling back at her was the "best feeling in the world".
In the adorable selection of photos, Stacey, dressed in grey pyjamas, lied down on a bed and holds Belle, who was wearing a white onesie and smiled back at her mum.

Her husband Joe recently appeared on I'm A Celeb, which was filmed last year, and talked about his relationship with Stacey.
He tearfully said: "I’m really missing my kids… I don’t know how to get rid of the feeling."
Joe later mentioned: "Everyone wants to do their family proud and I want to do the same."
