Manchester United can strengthen their place in the top four this evening but face a stiff challenge as they travel to the Amex to take on Brighton.
The Red Devils got the better of the Seagulls at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-final last month, but needed a penalty shootout to book their place in the final against rivals Manchester City.
Brighton, meanwhile, are also in the hunt for European football and can give their hopes of a continental campaign next term a huge boost with three points against Erik ten Hag's side.
You can follow all the action from the Amex as it happens LIVE right here.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag says his team needed to be more clinical against Brighton.
"We had the chances clear, all great opportunities, but one has to be in," he said.
"I don't have concerns. It's about keeping the focus. If you can't win because you don't finish your chances, then don't lose."
Like defender Shaw, he has issues with the free-kick given to Brighton moments before the winner, but insists the key for his team is being more clinical.
Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi was pleased to see his team come out on top, after losing to Man Utd in April's FA Cup semi-final.
"Really delighted for the performance, for the result," he said.
"Both games I think we played better than United and the last result was unfair."
Alexis Mac Allister says there was never any doubt that he would take the match-winning penalty.
"Of course I was a little bit nervous," he added. "Last minute - everyone was going to talk about it."
Brighton keeper Jason Steele has been speaking to Sky Sports after Brighton's win.
"I think it was a big night for us," he said. "One of them nights where two good teams were going toe to toe.
"Obviously a last minute winner, you can't beat that.
"It wasn't about revenge. Did we have a bit of extra motivation? Probably, but I don't think it spilled over."
Brighton are up to sixth, four points behind Liverpool and eight behind United.
Roberto De Zerbi's team have a game in hand or more on the teams above them, though a top four finish might be too much to ask for.
Man Utd will want an immediate response against West Ham on Sunday to ensure things don't get too close for comfort.
United thought they'd held on for a point, but Mac Allister's penalty - deep into stoppage time - denied them.
No time for United to respond. That's full-time. Huge for Brighton.
Mac Allister scores!
A VAR check after Luke Shaw handles in the box.
Andre Marriner goes over to the screen, and it's a penalty.
This could be the final kick of the game.
Solly March looks like a man out for revenge as he bursts forward beyond a number of challenges.
His shot has the power but not the direction, and David de Gea watches it wide.
Meanwhile, Moises Caicedo sees yellow for an earlier challenge on Bruno Fernandes.
Wout Weghorst gets a late run-out, replacing Anthony Martial for the final six minutes.
Danny Welbeck makes way for Deniz Undav, while Levi Colwill replaces Billy Gilmour.
There's also a Man Utd switch, with Marcel Sabitzer and Jadon Sancho replacing Fred and Antony.
Antony kicks out at Alexis Mac Allister moments after being denied a free-kick.
It sparks a reaction from the Brighton players, while some home fans believe the card shown to Man Utd's winger should have been red and not yellow.
Lewis Dunk joins Antony in the book for his reaction.
Buonanotte's race is run, with Solly March on to take his place.
A chance for the winger to make amends for his penalty miss in the FA Cup semi-final.
Another Man Utd booking as Diogo Dalot brings down Buonanotte.
Almost an hour gone now.
The battle between Mitoma and Wan-Bissaka continues to intrigue.
This time the Japan star goes with an improvised right-footed shot which is easy for De Gea to deal with.
In the next attack, he squares the ball for Welbeck, but the former Man Utd man can't punish his former team.
Now Brighton have a man in the book, with Adam Webster catching Bruno Fernandes.
A painful one for the Man Utd man.
Marcus Rashford hits the deck under pressure from Lewis Dunk, but there's not enough contact for a penalty.
Down the other end, a wild strike from Buonanotte doesn't seem to have impressed De Zerbi all that much.
We're back underway. No changes from either team.
Facundo Buonanotte came close to an opener on the stroke of half-time, but was just off-target.
Marcus Rashford has been Man Utd's biggest threat, but neither team has found a breakthrough,
That's the first yellow card of the game.
Casemiro slides in late on Alexis Mac Allister and brings down his opponent. He can't have too many complaints about the booking.
Anthony Martial findd space but snatches at his shot, firing straight at Steele.
It's been a busy day for the keeper so far.
A couple more opportunities for Brighton via their South American stars Alexis Mac Allister and Julio Enciso.
Both have De Gea worried, but neither is able to find the target from range.
Marcus Rashford has started to get a little joy out of Brighton's stand-in right-back Moises Caicedo.
He waltzes past the Ecuadorian before trying to beat Steele at the near post, but the keeper is equal to it.
Chances for both teams but it's still all square.
Mitoma goes down in the box after Wan-Bissaka dangles a leg, but Brighton's appeals are waved away.
United immediately break, with Rashford's shot deflected behind for a corner. Still 0-0.
Brighton's Japan international continues to threaten.
This time he cuts in from the right and, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka reluctant to put in a challenge, places his shot just wide of the far post.
A big chance at the other end, now, with Kaoru Mitoma almost punishing a Victor Lindelof error.
The winger goes high in an effort to beat David de Gea, but his effort hits the keeper in the face and rebounds to safety.
Antony goes clear on goal with Brighton carved open, but fires wide with only Jason Steele to beat.
Almost an opener after just 90 seconds.
