Recovering Jeremy Renner reaches out to Jamie Foxx after three weeks in hospital
Jeremy Renner has sent support to Jamie Foxx after a recent “medical complication” led to him spending three weeks in hospital.
The Hawkeye actor, 52, wished Oscar-winning actor Jamie, 55, well after he revealed he was being treated with “great care” following an unspecified incident and was already “on his way to recovery”.
Jamie broke his silence on Wednesday as he took to Instagram and wrote on a plain background: "Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed.”
His words were followed by emojis of praying hands, a love heart and a fox.
Renner, who is recovering following his serious snowplough accident, commented: “Sending you strength and love.”

Singer Mary J Blige wrote “Love you Jamie”, while actor Ansel Elgort, who starred alongside Foxx in 2017’s Baby Driver, said: “You are the greatest Jamie, please make a speedy recovery.
"You are a blessing to this world, we need you in it.”
The actor is currently in a medical facility stateside and undergoing tests after his mysterious incident while filming for Netflix movie Back in Action.
As well as his message of appreciation, Jamie thanked Nick Cannon and Kelly Osbourne for temporarily filling in for him and his daughter Corinne on Beat Shazam.
Sharing the statement regarding their roles to his Story, Jamie said: "Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon. See you all soon."
He added: "Thank you so much @nickcannon and @kellyosbourne for filling in this season! We are so pumped for season six!"
His daughter, Corinne, shared his post on her Instagram Story and wrote: “Thanks for the love!”
Last month, she announced the news of his incident saying: “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday.
“Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.

The incident is said to have left it "touch and go" as to whether Jamie would survive.
The actor was reportedly taken ill in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was filming his new action comedy movie, Back In Action, which will see Cameron Diaz come out of her acting retirement.
A source told Radar Online: "Jamie suffered a serious medical episode and needed immediate attention. It was touch and go for days with him, and he had to be revived — he is very lucky to be alive!"
Jeremy Renner is continuing his recovery from his horror accident on New Year's Day, where he broke over 30 bones as he was crushed by a snow plough.
He was recently seen in public for the first time, using a cane.
