Jet2 flight diverts as 'drunk' man dragged off plane with cabin crew 'shaken-up'
A "drunken" man was dragged off a Jet2 flight from Glasgow that had to be diverted after he allegedly abused cabin crew who were "visibly shaken-up".
The LS 151 flight was forced to divert having set off at around 2.40pm, on May 2, for Dalaman, in Turkey, and the pilot began an abrupt descent into Sofia, in Bulgaria.
A fellow passenger claimed that the man was drunk and caused disruption on the flight, reported GlasgowLive.
Shocking video footage shows the man being dragged off the plane after it made the unexpected stop hours away from its destination.
The clip captures the man letting out a scream as he's escorted off the plane by his arms and legs.

He said: "A passenger was out of their head, he was drunk and being abusive towards the cabin crew. He started causing danger.
"There was a load of commotion and the crew were visibly shaken up. The diversion caused a rapid descent into Sofia airport, it was scary.
"The flight was diverted and he got carried off the plane. He ended up on the tarmac before being taken away.
"The Jet2 staff conducted themselves very well."
It's believed the flight from Sofia left at around 7.57pm UK time. Jet2 confirmed the flight to Dalaman arrived two hours later than scheduled due to the incident.
Phil Ward, Managing Director of Jet2.com, reportedly said: “He behaved in a disgraceful fashion, causing unnecessary distress to others onboard.
"As a family friendly airline we take a zero tolerance approach to this behaviour, and we would like to apologise to other customers and our colleagues for any upset caused.
"Our highly-trained crew, along with a number of other customers, acted to restrain him and we would like to sincerely thank them for their actions, however this simply should not be happening.
“Thankfully, the vast majority of customers enjoy their flights and have a lovely holiday, and we will continue to work hard to provide our VIP Customer service for them as always.
