Liam Gallagher 'in spat with neighbours of £4million London home over his trees'
A far cry from his rock n' roll days, Liam Gallagher is said to have been at war with his neighbours over his trees.
The Oasis frontman, 50, has had many high-profile spats over the years including Robbie Williams, Peter Kay and his brother Noel.
Yet, his latest quarrel appears to be coming from the back garden of his £4 million London home.
It's believed the music legend has been forced to pay out to cut down his trees, but since they were under a preservation order Liam had to gain council permission first.
“Liam’s life used to be an exciting whirlwind and now it’s become a bit of a drag.
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likeness“He’s had a neighbour make a complaint about his trees overhanging and he’s had to get permission to have them lopped back.
“It’s been a boring few months as it is, with Liam having to put his feet up because of his double hip replacement ops too," a source told The Sun.
The Mirror has contacted Liam Gallagher's representatives for comment.
The rock n' roll star recently had a double hip replacement after revealing he had been diagnosed with arthritis last year.
He wasn't keen on the idea, after he admitted he would rather other half Debbie wheel him around like the characters Lou and Andy in BBC comedy Little Britain.
“My hips are f***ed... I’ve got arthritis bad,” he told Mojo. “I went to get it checked and my bones are mashed up.
“The lady was going, ‘you might need a hip replacement. It’s not as bad as you think, the recovery will be a couple of months’. You’re all right. I’d rather be in pain – which is ridiculous, obviously.
“But it’s also the stigma, saying you’ve had your hips replaced. What’s next?”
Recently, there has been growing hopes the famously argumentative brothers would hit the road or release new music as Oasis reaches a landmark year with the 30th anniversary of their debut album.
And hopes were raised further when Liam was spotted entering a recording studio - but there was no sign of 55-year-old Noel at the same venue.

“He’s been in a great headspace and the creative juices are flowing. He can’t wait to get back in the studio again.”
The singer - who has released three number one solo albums of his own - gushed about working with his favourite music producers, declaring: “It’s easy, man. I thought it’d be a lot harder. We just get in and do what we’ve got to do.
“We don’t mess about. I’d love to be able to write a whole album but that’s just not the way it is.”
