Arsenal are starting to show the first signs that the title pressure is beginning to take its toll after two Premier League games without a victory for the first time this season.
The Gunners fell to a rare defeat away at Everton last week, before dropping a further two points at home to Brentford after being held to a 1-1 draw by Thomas Frank's side. That contest has since been marred by controversy after it emerged that VAR official Lee Mason made a glaring error during the check on Ivan Toney's late equaliser.
Christian Norgaard was in an offisde position when he assisted the header, but Mason forgot to draw the relevant lines and as a result the goal was wrongly allowed to stand.

The PGMOL have confirmed that they're "thoroughly reviewing" the errors that led to Ivan Toney's goal being allowed to stand, as well as Crystal Palace's wrongly disallowed goal against Brighton.

Both the Gunners and the Seagulls have been contacted by referees chief Howard Webb and a statement from the group has since been released.
"PGMOL can confirm its Chief Refereeing Officer Howard Webb has contacted both Arsenal and Brighton to acknowledge and explain the significant errors in the VAR process in their respective Premier League fixtures on Saturday," it read.
"Both incidents, which were due to human error and related to the analysis of offside situations, are being thoroughly reviewed by PGMOL."
